Powers/Abilities: Flight, enhanced strength, enhancement or instilment of love, minor healing abilities and minor telepathy

Residence: He shares an apartment in the center of town with the angel Hayliel.
Employment: Miniel is lucky in that he doesn’t need a source of income. His employment is something he notes as being a servant of God, whatever that means – so far all it seems to denote is stalking and a little bit of angelic retribution here and there.
Personality: He could be classified as dumb, but he isn't stupid, more just unaware or he doesn't understand - and so he comes off as either overly hesitant or overly excited about certain things - everything ranging from television to slang to hand gestures and back. He likes to put on a big show of being brave and unaffected and all this (whatever ‘this’ is), but he’s actually, underneath all that, kind of nervous - for instance, he can put on a show about how the horsemen are so big and bad and blah blah blah, and if he's on a bit of a bravado high he can confront them, but his nervous attitude has a tendency to set in at a bad time - normally when he is alone with no one to defend, literally or figuratively, but himself - and he freezes up. Tied into the bravado thing, when he gets riled up, he speaks without thinking, so he can get right into people's faces, before he catches himself, if he catches himself.
He's innocent in that he understands the mechanics of human interaction, and more so, kissing and cuddling and all that good stuff but he's never been kissed, and he has no idea what the attraction to those things is for humans. He figures it must just be a genetic thing, urging them towards procreation, because, he figures, that's what God intended, right? That tends to have him saying or doing stupid things when he’s confronted with it – and all in all what has some classify him as a moron.
Because of how naive and out-of-touch he is, he has a list of likes and dislikes that range through chips ahoy, people-watching, escalators, cars (when they aren’t coming at him), flight, human ingenuity, walking and his companion Hayliel, curling himself into small forms (he tends to sit with his knees pulled in close) as likes, and the horsemen, being disrespected (he may not be as powerful as Hayliel but he is powerful), being able to hear and feel others' pain and not help them, and the horsemen's vehicles as dislikes.
Background: Miniel, in angel terms, is young. He hasn’t been down to Earth for hundreds of years, though, when invoked by a human being, he has sent the waves of his angelic grace to Earth to comfort and aid the invocant. He was made to be content to stay in Heaven, doing his good works from there, until the day when he finally received his orders. He was to go down to Earth, alongside Hayliel, who was a prince of Heaven, and he was to keep an eye on the people and creatures in and around the area of Winchester. Miniel was, understandably, ecstatic about this prospect. Not only was he being paired with a higher ranked angel in order to complete their Father’s work, not only was he getting to go to Earth, but he was being ordered, for all intents and purposes, to behave as a human. Only in certain situations was he told reveal his true self – in words, not in actual form – except in the most special of cases – to ‘enemy operatives’, if they were acting in a way that he saw befitting of threat of angelic interference, and very special humans. He felt a little special himself, being chosen for this mission. Since coming to Winchester he has performed admirably in this duty, and, as far as he is concerned, will continue to do so.
Relationships:
Hayliel: Miniel has something of a vast, vast, deep respect for Hayliel. The other angel is, especially in this case, his direct superior, and is also somewhat charged with the task of looking after Miniel and making sure the other stays in line and follows his orders – both those from heaven and those from Hayliel himself. Despite the fact that this puts Hayliel in the position where he does have to impose discipline on Miniel, the only thing it manages to really do is increase the other’s respect for him tenfold. Bennet Lowell: Miniel met Bennet in the park while he himself was out people watching. The other was kind enough to offer him cookies, which won him more than the standard amount of affection that Miniel feels towards most humans.
