I have had this done for like, months now. WHOOPS.

Species/Race: Wraith/ The Horseman of Death
Powers/Abilities: Soul sight and removal, as well as, eventually, all the perks that come with being a horseman of the apocalypse.
Light or Dark side? Or neutral? : Dark side without question.
Residence: An apartment with the other three horsemen
Employment: Ramses actually does dirty his hands with menial work, and works a steady job as a mechanic in town. However, he’s been mostly banned from interacting with the customers. While his abilities with a car are impeccable, his social skills usually tend to lead the customers complaining and demanding monetary compensation for the emotional abuse they suffered at his words.
Personality: Ramses is far from cute and cuddly, he blames it on the fact that he never had a real father figure around. In fact, he’s a pretty big jerk. He’s loud, obnoxious, and vicious, in a harsh and unforgiving sort of way. He is very opinionated, to the point where if you don’t agree with him, you’re just straight up wrong, not worth his time, and don’t bother having a good day, he’d rather you don’t.
That being said there are a few people, and we’re talking a very select few, who he will even spare a second thinking about giving the time of day to – and that comes down to the other horsemen (Swithin, Ashley and Lavan), and their ‘stable boy’, Ducan (Duck). Generally it’s because he likes their company in that he can keep pressing buttons to get the reactions he wants, or they give him just what it is he wants, or wants to see. The rest of the time, he’s a big jerk, runs his mouth, and generally acts like you would expect the horseman of Death to behave.
Background: Ramses was born to a single mother, Alice Valette, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Though Alice claimed, until the day she died, that she had no idea who the father could be, as she never had many partners, and she always, always, or so she thought, used fool proof protection, she did agree that there was no way that Ramses was born through immaculate conception. And true enough, he wasn’t born through immaculate conception, but never the less, the boy’s father was never once present throughout his life.
Not that he complained, his mother was a wonderful woman, kind, caring, hard working, always giving to him the things he needed or wanted. If it did anything but feed his ego, at least it kept him alive. Alice was well aware, at an early point, that there was something bizarre about her son. For one, no priest, after laying eyes on the child, was willing to baptise him without an additional fee, stating that the child had something about him that was ‘ungodly’ and/or ‘deathly’. But Alice held fast, and eventually found a priest whose costs weren’t so high, and had her son baptised...At least, that was what they finally just decided on. The details are vague, something about the water being too hot, or some such tale, but Alice, and that priest, Father Gordon, have never spoken of them, in great length.
Even after that, as he grew, Ramses seemed to have some bizarre fixation with, well, things that such an angelic looking little boy should never be fixated on. For one, Alice will never forget the meeting she had with his kindergarten teacher, following the class guinea pig’s death. While the rest of the children had cried, the teacher had been more than a little offput by the fact that Ramses had laughed. Hysterically.
Like he’d never found anything quite as funny as he found the rodent’s death.
By the time he was finishing junior high and entering high school, Alice had a full arsenal of odd things about her son (his, well, golden yellow eyes, aside), cultivating in her finally deciding to take him to a local 'psychic’ after he came home with a pentagram tattooed on his neck, shrugging her flabbergasted reaction off with an explanation of forging her signature, and that she should really try and make it a little less simple to copy.
The psychic didn’t exactly put Alice’s fears to rest. In fact, the second Ramses was forced through her door, the woman was staring him down and declaring him to be hellish.
Once her hysterics had subsided, she denounced Ramses as a wraith, something that fed on the souls of others, and pushed a contact card into Alice’s hand, stating that they could help in making sure Ramses stayed as a respectable member of society, and didn’t explode into trailing death and destruction where ever he went.
The contact card turned out to put her in touch with the headmasters at a supernatural school in Greece, who immediately went about aiding her in submitting the enrolment papers. After putting up one hell of a fight, Ramses eventually gave in, and allowed himself to be shipped off to the school. And at that school, not only did he meet the horseman of Famine, Ashley Dahlin, but he learnt that he himself, aside from being a wraith, which was bad enough, was the horseman of Death. Ramses was, unexpectedly, overjoyed with this prospect, and went along, willingly, with the relocation to Winchester.
Relationships:
Ashley Dahlin (Famine): Ramses has known Ashley for many years, and through those years the two have gotten into a twisted relationship that flip-flops between sleeping together and trying to kill each other. Ramses respects Ashley as an ally, but that is seemingly the extent of his feeling on the matter. (© ~balletvamp )
Lavan (Pestilence): Lavan is maybe lucky in that he and Ramses have a relationship based on trying to ignore each other for the most part. When they do cross paths Ramses can be particularly biting and vicious. He likes the other... well enough. (© ~Akkutsune )
Swithin (War): Swithin is basically the only one of the four horsemen that Ramses sees truly worthy of argument for their unspoken leadership, and he is endlessly, silently amused at Swithin’s time spent in the underground fighting rings, wondering exactly what it is that the other is gaining from that. Ducan: Duck may be the only person that Ramses truly considers something of an actual ‘normal’ friend, though the other is very skilled, frequently so, at pissing him off by getting his hands all over the things that Ramses claims belong to him – though, again, not something he acknowledges to himself, or outloud.
