I love love love this layout. It's my first of this style (:I drew lots of inspiration from Nienke, but I'm proud to say I didn't use her tutorial. c:

It's gorgeous n_n I would have sharpened the faerie slightly, and added some navigation, but I think it will look better coded just because the content area is small and I can't see where the navigation will go. You did a really nice job with the textures. I might have made the content area a little less faded so that it covers up the textures more but on the whole, it's absolutely lovely!

This layout is amazing! I have to agree with Meg, though. The water faerie does look too faded for my tastes. Also, it's a bit hard to read the word "One." Other this is pretty! I love it!
