Beautiful work! This tree reminds me of a dead digger pine. Diggers branches grow in weird directions.

Gorgeous study, you've captured the tonal aspect very well. I've always found trees to be very difficult to draw but you've managed to do so very well. Great work, keep it up.

Thanks so much! Noticed the many shadows yesterday on the trip home from the store. Trees intrigue me. Am sure you'll see more of them on my site.
