aw, i wouldn't put this in scraps. i like the contrast between the warm orange of the sky and the cold blue of the snow. i think it's a cool photo.

I think this is simply gorgeous! The rails lead the eye to the end of the photo, where we are presented with a gorgeous sunset. This must be a favorite!

Thanks for the comment. The filter that I used is a gradual tabacco filter: half of the filter is normal and the rest has the color tabbaco. It allows warm colors in the photo.

those are very wonderful winter-colors. Decent and cool, even the orange. Interesting how the track and the mountains lead the view to the center of the picture. Good perspective.

I really like this shot. The perspective down the railroad tracks is awesome...kept me staring for a while. I think that the filter works well to add something extra to the sky...sort of foreboding, end of the world look to it.
