Personalities:

Aurum - He is the more cruel of the two with a very harsh and abrasive personality. His tone is often one of superiority and thick with sarcasm and sass. He does not mind making others feel bad and will speak his mind no matter what. Aurum truly believes he is better than almost everyone around him. He is often smiling even when smiling isn't appropriate. Aurum is known as the "Thorned One".

Argentum - While also being a bit cold, Argentum is gentler and more forgiving than his twin. He will sometimes go back on deals if he sympathizes with the mortal and does have a bit of skill in convincing his brother to sway his word. But he has still committed unforgivable acts. Argentum is known as the "Petaled One".

Flaws/Faults:

Aurum - Due to his cold nature and sharp words, he makes enemies fast. He does not know how to make friends anymore and he doesn't find a need to. He is also well known for holding grudges against others and has a scarily good memory. He remembers every moment someone has wronged him, hurt him, or discouraged him.

Argentum - Being the more nice and forgiving one, Argentum is also more naive. He can be tricked and manipulated more easily than his brother.

Powers: (Due to them being conjoined, they have the ability to also swap powers between them, not permanently and the traded powers won't be as effective)

(Aurum) Hypnosis - Can control, confuse, twist words, and manipulate others, mostly mortals. Can make others do what he wishes.
(Argentum) Dream Walking - Can go into the dreams of others (usually mortals), make their dreams happier or more nightmarish, deliver messages, plant ideas, etc.
(Aurum) Memory Manipulation - Can manipulate, change, or even delete memories or entire lives of others, making them forget a certain day or even their entire lives.
(Both) Shape-Shifting - Can shape shift into different animals. They can look conjoined, but just as a different animal, or they can look normal (just with 4 eyes). Cannot stay shape shifted for very long. Common animal forms they choose are a rabbit with 4 eyes and a 2-headed snake.

Backstory (Aurum and Argentum weren't always gods):
Their mother, Rivverah, was always a very strange doe. She was quite anti-social, quiet, and some even called her scary or manipulative. Often she would talk to herself, sometimes seemingly yelling at people who no one else could see. Near winter, she spent time with a stag and eventually fell pregnant. For the first time, she seemed to be happier, less crazy, less angry. But it all changed when she gave birth. She laid her eyes on the twins, conjoined at the chest, one big body, two heads. Rivverah spiraled. From the moment they were born, she hated them, cursed them. They were soon named, the twin on the left was named Gargoyle and the twin on the right named Snake. She told them, almost everyday, "You are not my children. You are demons, sent from the gods to curse me. You will work until your breath leave your body." And that they did. Their mother put them to work, moving rocks for no apparent reason, knocking down trees, removing thistle and thorns with their mouths.
That was their life, spent away from their herd, kept in the dark, unable to make friends with other fawns and deer, they only had each other. As they grew, they become some of the strongest deer in the land, their physic muscled and strong from hard labor. Snake's personality was always crueler and meaner than Gargoyle's, but they both loved each other, and Snake would have done anything for his twin... including getting rid of the one source of pain and misery they had had for their entire lives: their mother. The plan was simple: when Rivverah was drinking from the lake, push her in and drown her. But their plan backfired, Rivverah saw them coming, she knew they wanted to kill her, so she put up a fight, pushing them farther into the lake. Snake wanted to hurt her, but there was still some part of Gargoyle that refused (he hadn't been too enthusiastic on the murder plot in general). Rivverah shoved them to their knees, stomping down on their spine, causing them to black out. Rivverah pulled them farther into the water, letting them sink and drown. Rivverah was injured and exhausted from the fight and soon died.
The gods took pity on both the twins and the mother, seeing how both of their lives had been unfair. Rivverah was born with mental disorders that caused her much pain and she had lost her first fawn as a still-born. The twins were meant to be a gift from the gods for the loss of her first child, but she didn't see it that way. In the after life, Rivverah's soul was sent to the middle-ground for those not good and not evil, but the Twins were forgiven for their plan to murder their mother and made into gods. They became the gods of gambling, choice, and deals. They would often speak to mortals, give advice, and make deals. But after doing that for a while, Snake (renamed Aurum) decided that he and his brother (renamed Argentum) were too superior to the mortals to be speaking with them in person. Their solution: create an oracle. They only needed to find a vessel that would pledge its life to them, such as a peryton who desperately wanted a son.
