AS OF 3/13/21 THIS CHARACTER IS NOW RETIRED.Been thinking a character like this for a while : )) I've been really wanting a character that speaks another language, BUT I can barely speak Spanish, I know a little French, and I am no where near skilled enough to make my own. Solution? A super easy, simple language that sounds cool and is actually artificially created; Esperanto. So yeah. I'm actually learning the language on Duolingo so pardonu, mi estas komencanto. : >

Distinguishing Features:
- Two large fangs coming from his top set of teeth
- Four eyes
- Soul-companion snake, Pluvus (Soul-companion is a companion of another being where they are so well bonded, they have intertwined souls)
- Light, gray-purple fur with scales on throat and stomach
Personality: Ouro is known for being a very quiet and watchful guy. He rarely speaks, but when he does, it is in short words and phrases and he will only speak to certain people because he knows that most do not understand him. He is wise and knowledgeable and will help others when they need it. Ouro is also known, not only for being the god of time, but for also being a Watcher and Guardian, coming to those he sees who need help and helping them.
Flaws/Faults:
- He often wears a blank/passive expression on his face, making him intimidating to newcomers
- He can get frustrated when people don't understand him, but these bursts of anger are short
Powers:
- Can manipulate time to a degree, stopping it when he needs to interfere
- Cannot send himself or others into the past or future, but can deliver visions of both
- Can give other powers of future or past vision, either permanently or for a certain period of time
