Thats really nice, like several phases of winter. Very good capture, and nice water movement

Very interesting shot. I can't decide whether it's going or coming. You've captured quite a moment in motion. I like it.

Thank you, Lenora! We've had a lot of really cold nights lately, and there's been a lot of ice buildup on the streams, but I don't think I'd seen anything quite like this either. I'm really glad you like it.

Bruce?... let me spell this: b e a u t i f u l...
The smoothness is awesome... and I won't even mention the quality of the details... I'm simply loving it.
I this a long exposure shot ?
...great toy!

Thanks, Sarah!! I'm having fun with it, even though I've gotten frustrated with it more than once. But the frustration is from my own ignorance of it, not the cam. I plan on sitting down and reading the whole manual today.
and 1/40th of a second...is that a long exposure?

I know that sounded a little ridiculous. But 1/40th of a second seems like forever with this cam. I'm finally starting to get used to it's sensitivity, but I still have a ways to go.

Yeah, this is with the new toy! Thanks! And that was on a stream, with the water rolling over a rock, so I'm not sure if that would be called a wave or not.
