I like the magical fun side of Halloween but not too keen on the scary side of it like the Halloween films.I know they are over the top and some people think they are fun...but to a child it can be a harrowing experience if they only see horrors..... and become frightened.We don't actually do much about it in the uk...We spend more time having bonfires and fireworks on Nov 5TH.to celebrate the fact that the gunpowder plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament was discovered in time and didn't happen.....so everyone hasa happy time building bonfires and eating toffee apples,parkin cakeand jacket potatoes which we cook in the bonfire......
