This one is a microfighter Boeing 985-213. Design of 1975 years. As carrier used B-747 (may carry ten units of Boeing 985-213) or C-5.

Airborne carrier idea used into USSR at WWII. One TB3 carry two I-16 with bomb arms. System called "Zveno Vahmictrova" (ΠΠ²Π΅Π½ΠΎ ΠΠ°Ρ ΠΌΠΈΡΡΡΠΎΠ²Π°) and was used from summer 41 to 42

looks like an interesting idea for for some kind of shipship based starfighter, like the Wraith Darts in Stargate Atlantis, any chance you can do some Stargate designs?

I'm unfamiliar with this; is it an original design or is it based off of a real proposal?

I'm familiar with most proposals, I'd never seen that one, though. Any links?
