Description
A very simple tutorial on lightweight costume horns for those wishing to make them on a budget and with little time.Finished horns: [link]
Note: This was written for an absolute beginner, so don't take offense to me explaining a lot of things.

After the first day of the con (since mine were also separate), I didn't even care anymore about how my horns were sitting but the first day was full of fiddling with them in the mirror and repositioning them and stuff. I guess after a little while you stop caring so much about how you look.

I'm tempted to go to the nearest craft store, get everything, and do this...
If I ever do, this'll be VERY helpful!
