Very cool, looks like the Precursor to the Apocolypse actually. Very similar to the front end design of that ship. Amarr is one race where their ships are allowed, and I believe should, share strong similarities between hulls.

ooh i like this one but it has the slots for a battleship not a battlecruiser ..
am i wrong that we cant say wat it will be or make its atributes but we just come up with a design that could slip into eve and ccp take it and and they then say what fittings etc it will have. ??
i may be wrong but im sure thats wat we were to do.I think you may be doing harm to a good design by trying to tell ccp wat it should have. Just do a blinding design and name it and maybe sugest a class and size but thats it.

Only thing I dont like is that it just so simple the smooth top is not so original seems like the others, aswell the smooth top thrown in with few lines tricks you into thinking their was alot of design put into it but on part of design I see and I do like is the part below I might just be picky but just giving my two cents

The ship's main hull looks too tallish to me. It would help a lot, if you'd take the pylons and move them upwards, so they're about in the middle of the height of the main-hull.

This is definetly well in the tone of eve amarrian ships and an excellent rendition, its a bit too dark to view in its entirety though, and that 14 day trial did pay off it seems vs alot of other designs im seeing crop up.
and my bottom line with you is players of eve would welcome a ship like this with open arms, so to that effect a job well done.

well, it's amazing, the best kind of amarr ship (khanid-looking). great job, but its not that original... for me at least, it's just another eve ship, i think we're looking for something more exotic (could they be looking for an anclient/alien race's ships?). still damn good job, only one thing u might wanna fix on the details is the locking range (since its a sniper ship you might wanna add more to avoid the need for a sensor booster), and also 8 low slots is somethign found in titans.... would love to see it happen, no offense

I agree with the other peoples comments, this one is totally contest-worthy.
And stats are ok too, except drones and lasers with 100% dmg are weee bit too overkill for a battleship if compared to other battlecruisers in game.
But yeah like others said... every EVEish (y)

the very best entry i've seen. not only is it beautiful, you got the following things right:
1) have some creativity/originality and not just copy something and stick a few lego blocks on it
2)put an actual effort into it, alot of entries looks like something made in 30 secs flat in crayons
3)read the rules of entry and comply with it
4)actually know what you're designing, no giant super death-ray guns sticking out from every angle. (someone who actually played the game and has some basic understanding of what is being looked for)
the following is just the description and numbers:
i've seen quiet a few amusing descriptions in the other's entries. your's is actually very close to what would fit perfectly into the game.
although i think you've over powered it in some areas and under powered in others, they're only small changes really:
i doubt ccp would let you have 8 low slots on it, 7 seems to be their limit on ships below battleships, 5 med slot would suit an amarr ship better, total of 20 slots seems too much anyway, (harbinger has 18 slots). capacitor is a little overly large, 3500 would be better proportion, the cpu would look better at 400 (amarr ships favor lots of powergrid and less cpu).
maybe a 10% bonus to armor resistance per level like so many amarr ships has would be nice, and either 10% extra dmg, rate of fire or turret tracking per level. that should but the amount of bonuses closer to what the legion can have (makes up for the 2 less slots too)
can't think of anything else ccp would change before putting it in the game. (basically i've just quoted a harbinger with a little more bonus to it like a faction version of it)
there's no way this entry can lose.

First real contender i have seen. 100% EvE, 100 % Amarr, 100% sexy.
It's almost a shame i'd have to say that it's a bit too much game design wise as in it looks like it's been here for ages.
Modify it to look more current and new high tech as you'd have a true winner in my book.

I understand where you're coming from but i'm guessing the contest is based on originality. As much as your design is original it still hangs on to clasical design of which much is already in the game in my oppinion. I'd love to see a Legion tech version of this and it's possible to make more than 1 design an entry i think, so keep this and make a high tech version aswell. Just my own oppinion ofcourse but i think you'd make it look extremely good either way.
