This is my entry for the "Face Your Monsters Contest. I was going for werewolf using digital manipulation. Hopefully I didn't do too horrible of a job.

Really, though, this is one awesome job. I actually fooled myself into thinking this was a really awesome latex mask, until I read the description. Man, I wish I could do this for halloween, lol.

I think you did quite a good job!
Though if you can you should go back in and retouch a few things like;
nose- its too shiny compared to a real life dog, if you add some texture and darken it slightly it'll come out much better
fur on chin- the colors blend in too much and it makes it too 'photoshop' looking if you get what I mean. Add more individual shadows to break up the main color.
Don't take this as an insult or anything since I think this has a really good chance of winning, it just needs a little bit more oomph!
It took me a second to realize it was fake from the tiny preview picture. (that's the best part until I noticed slight flaws)
