I was asked on Tumblr about why Madame Blue has that one eyeand it's because she's a monster clown who uses it to predict the future, mainly humans' movements.
In my clown universe/story there are 3 main categories of clowns (so far):
human, monster and killer/evil.
Human clowns are the 'normal' and friendly clowns.
Monster clowns terrorize and eat humans.
Killer/evil clowns kill and scare other humans for their own amusement.
I've been thinking about making a story that incorporate these different types of clowns
because I think it'll be fun to have them interact with one another and see it escalate.
Just gotta write down a proper story XD
I also may change Madame Blue's monster design.

Not sure what a phantom theif clown is, but a jester and a mime would be a category for themselves.
At least in this universe XD
I've read that a jester and a clown isn't the same thing, since jesters make fun of people whereas clowns
make fun of themselves.

So Joker and Pennywise would be considered Killer clowns if they were in your universe?
also does Monster Clown have to be humanoid? (like a lizard or a rat person clown?)

Pennywise is a monster clown, but yeah Joker would be considered a Killer clown.
Not neccesary, it can also be a fully monster who disguises as a clown, like Pennywise.
