This is really nice, you deserve more comments. I especially like the textures going on in the background and the way the wurm-thing emerges from the background to the foreground. Something about the lighting on the woman's face and arms seems a little off. I think the highlights might be a tad too harsh but it still looks wonderful

The mouth is just a hint too far to the left side of her face (her left, our right). But it's just because of the angle. However, as you said, it's still an awesome piece. I particularly like the dress. Obviously it isn't being used to cover anything important, but I bet it keeps her legs warm! Seriously, though, quite evil! Sardonic! Iniquitous! Loving it!
