felt like refining an old oc sketch so I deed and added anacondas. MMM snakes...I actually learned I like drawing snakes..though the scales are a bit tricky >_>. This sketch will be featured on fliers announcing that I am GOH for Califur 2007..*SQUUUEEE* which I am completely and totally excited about already

Okay, couple things to point out:
1. I love Balaa's design...the poof of hair definately makes her stand out! Not to mention you interpret her so well in your artwork.
2. Your shading is amazing, as well as your intritricacy.
3. The snakes are sexy. I could never draw snakes with scales without ripping my hair out and throwing a hissy fit >.>
4. Your detail of design is awesome, from the placement of her hair to the design of her outfit down to the scales on the snake and the seat she's sitting on.
Keep it up, Balaa. I love your work!

Oooh, you can draw snakes so well... 8D I love their big, heavy coils. It adds so much weight to the subject. And great job with the scales; they look fantastic, and like they must've taken a million years to draw. XD

She's so smexy^^ I like to sketch Kat as a assasin/bounty hunter all the time, it's fun and helps me to practice anthros. Your anthros and traditional drawings are so good that I want to...atack you in a jealous rage! but instead I'll just practice my own art.
btw, sorry I haven't been commenting as much as I should be, I've been without internent ever since I moved. I had to go with out telling everyone it was my birthday on june 23rd, because I couldn't get on the internet*crys* Oh well... I sang "happy birthday" to myself. I was contented with that

Whee, snakes ARE fun to draw! I just don't draw them that much. >.> I hsould, but the heads I always have difficulty with. Every snake has a uniquely shaped head, so it can sometimes be hard to differentiate snakes for me. BUT when someone else does it, I can totally see what snake they are. 
I love the coils of the snake and the calm expression on the female feline. She seems very content with them around her. Like, their body guards or protectors of sorts. Very nicely done. <3 And have fun at the con thing. :3

Amazing, she already looks akin to some kind of barbarian or something in that stance, something confident and fierce about it...but to add snakes...poisonous ones at that? Great touch.

I really LOVE how this one turned out! *just compares it to the first sketch (I canΒ΄t help , but there Balaa looks as if she had too much of whatΒ΄s in that mug already!
