Okay, after my Phoenix pic didn't quite work out how I had planned I thought I'd try again with my attempt at soft pastel type shading with the markers. Again, it didn't quite pan out as I wished but still pleased with the outcome. The markers are so strong that I'm gonna have to use some really light colours to get the effects that I want but hey, gives me an excuse to draw more!

I'm a big fan of Invincible and thought I'd have another shot at Atom Eve, plus the colour palette was quite along the lines of what I was originally thinking. Browns are way too dark though!

This pic was done using Copic and Magic Markers, colouring pencils and White gel pen onto 350 gsm card.
