machi defeated in a battle and restrained in a specially made web(made of nen) that forced her into the state of zetsu.With her aura shut off, all her nen abilities are rendered useless. Unless she has the brute force to break free from the web. Which is quite impossible since the web is tough as hell that not even an average nen user can break. Let alone that she can't harness any of her remaining strength because of a drug that was injected to her.
Like the chain jail, the web is limited to any strong and attractive females*lel* that the user sets his eyes upon.
too bad for machi, she fell for that trap.
her captors are not interested about the phantom troupe. Let's say it's just a hobby of theirs to "collect" strong and attarctive females and turning them into helpless damsels. It's a fetish or some sort.
Now they set their next target which is shizuku. Like how they deal with machi, it will be netter if they will attack her while alone.
