I’ve been wanting to make a 3-parter Undertale fan-comic for a while now. I’ve thought of visualising different conversations that happen throughout the game. But then I ran into this little ending, that was nutshelled by sans, which I found quite emotional.
As a neutral ending is the grey area of endings, I imagined how there’s no real right and wrong. Toriel and Undyne both have valid points for their actions after you went about and murdered their friends.
Arguably my favorite Neutral ending for drama.

One thing that Undyne says is true:
Toriel acted like a coward, leaving his people behind just for her disagreement with Asgore... It hurts to admit it, but it's true... She could stop him in the hard way when she had the oportunity if she really wanted to prevent human deaths, but all that she did was just isolating herself from everyone and trying to lock up the humans who fell underground leaving her as an obsessed person; not to mention that Asgore at least did not abandon responsibilities.

I realised why Sans might actually stay with Toriel after endings like these.
After you let a child pass that ends up making so many lives miserable, you'd desperatly need a friend that stays with you at all time.
