Description
So... It’s been a while.
The queen returned, and attempted to resume ruling the underground.
She enstated a new policy…
All the humans who fall here would be treated not as enemies…
But as friends.
…
But people REALLY didn’t like that policy.
Because of you, not only was the king gone…
But the human souls had gone missing as well…
Along with the lives of countless citizens.
Nobody wanted to see that happen ever again.
So the people started a rebellion to overthrow the queen.
Undyne spearheaded the revolution, of course.
She was pretty mad after what happened to Asgore and Alphys.
She threw the queen out of the castle with her strength.
Then she became the empress of the underground…
And banished the queen back to the ruins.
Seems like Undyne’s… hmmm…
Even more vehement about destroying humanity than ASGORE.
…
But hey! It’s not all bad!
When the queen went back to the ruins…
I decided to go with her.
And I took out some books from the library, too.
So she won’t have to read the same ones.
She’s a good roomie. We have a lot of fun.
…
You know.
Sometimes the queen talks about…
How she’d like to see you again.
Isn’t that nice?
…
I don’t have the heart to tell her what you did.
Do you know how she’d react?
If I told her that ‘cause she protected you…
… you went on to kill my brother…?
…
Anyway, never come back here.

Really, in neutral endings, there are no heroes and villains. There is only regrets.
This concludes my Undertale Fancomic, A Neutral end.
It was especially a blast to draw Undyne's armor. And I believe this comic makes up for my lack of Toriel drawings. X)

I see this ending in rapid failure for Undyne. If Mettaton's boss battle implied that the entire Underground was watching by the end, then the entire underground has a population of roughly 12,500 intelligent monsters. The world population of human is about 7.4 billion people. The monsters are outnumbered on a 592,000 to one ratio and I'm not sure any monster has guns.

Yes perhaps but Undyne is not a idiot. She's captain of the guard for a reason, she's has encountered a human before at this point so she knows their strength, and Sans implies she's much better at this war business than Asgore was. (Though granted that is not very hard.) I see it playing out like this. A human falls, this time there will be no Hotlands to save them from Undyne and her army. Undyne absorbs the soul and crosses the barrier. She obtains 6 more and breaks the barrier. Undyne has major 1 advantage (Surprise) and a potential advantage (human souls). Undyne could easily use advantage 1 to obtain advantage 2. By the time Undyne got back to were ever she got her souls with her army the humans would still be trying to figure out what happened. Even if Undyne's army only consisted of 100 monsters they would still massacre the humans, following Undyne and obtaining souls as they went. From there Undyne strikes me as the kind of commander that would start a blitzkrieg campaigns, sending her forces across the world to find and kill human strongholds. After all Undyne was mislead into believing Anime was real she knows the humans are global, if anything, believing we have magic and Giant robots will be an advantage because she will over estimate our combat abilities and crush us with more force than we can repel. A monster with 4+ human souls could easily kill 592,000 humans. (perhaps not a once but over the course of a campaign.) In the end the success of Undynes war on humanity will depend on 1 key factor. Something she doesn't know that Asgore probably did. Can Undyne's blitzkrieg campaign destroy humanity before the Human souls realize that they have control over their monster counterparts.

Are you gonna do the other neutral endings too? I don't see many art of the neutral endings Papyrus and Mettaon as the new rulers and I find them pretty funny

Maybe. I made a complete comic out of this neutral ending, because I personally thought it was the one with the most impact X)
But yea, there are several endings that might be fun to make too, though I doubt I'll make another 3-page comic X)

I may have some ideas for something new, but i'll first have to practise making a new comic style that doesn't take so long to make and still looks good, so I can make more quicker.

Well, ofcourse I COULD. But I kinda made this based on the quick story Sans gives you at the end, and I got some other ideas I would like to try out.
Besides, it looks like Frisk is smart enough to reset and do better. X)
