This tutorial is incredibly outdated, and I would not recommend following the tutorial down to the last pixel haha
As for the palettes I may still have them saved but it's no surprise the site is down now after all this time

I haven't dolled on a larger base in forever, but I could try making a tutorial once I get my computer back up and running. I personally think most large bases are crap, though. :/
