As you know Windows 11 does not exist but which will be Windows 10 through anger updates to evolve and improve. I have seen the number of innovations by deviant so empezare designs a series of evolutions for Windows 10 within 2 years.
This will call you update numero anniversary 3 many changes that should make Windows 10 among other things see logical evolutions of programs that are and others that disappeared the object of this is nothing more than send a warning to microsoft to guide you in the direction which should be addressed
I'll do it by chapters of so shall my Windows 10 in 2018

Nice concept! But a lot of the icons are missing on the panels. So everything might have to be a little smaller to fit everything. Unless this was a less feature full edition of Blender. Like the Blender 101 project.

I have always wanted to see blender with a flat theme. I think this could work, now someone just has to make it a theme.

Some development has gone into allowing for more flat theme options. So it's in the works. Most likely it will be added in the 2.8 release. as most of the next five releases are for mostly for minor fixes and features.

bannax1994 you should definitely work with the blender team and find out how you can turn this into a theme so that when this feature comes out people could just download your theme or maybe even have this included into blender its self.

I really kind of want to make my own program based off this concept art. Been looking for a good UI to start with for a game engine I would like to start working on. Mind if I use some of this concept?

That DriveShift kid. Literally everything he makes is made off of something else that someone made and claims it is his own. Tried telling me that one of my programs was completely ripped from MSVS yet when you look at anything he makes it is clearly ripped off of Microsoft products. He blocked me because he does not want people hearing the truth. But I won't go there. Great concept and don't listen to him down there. Blender does not support a GUI like this, all you can do is change the coloring of the editor, not the actual GUI. I would send this into the Blender Foundation, maybe then they can try to do something if they really wanted to.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you find the motivation and style for this? I have been desperately needing tips and pointers on creating a nice flat UI enjoyable and easy to use for all. This is kind of a 6/8, pretty high even though it could use some fixing. what was your inspiration and did you use any resources that could have helped you? I would really like to be able to create rich UI such as this in my own head but I can only reference others work.

My idea of design is in my mind, I'm constantly looking for the perfect design.
I do not have a base or other, it's all in my mind. When an idea comes, I open Photoshop and I create it

Hey! Why do you hate me? I have not done anything bad to you our your relatives. Mind your own business. I've never claimed that I made something that was not mine. Sometimes I use icons from Google Images to help myself and save massive ammount of time making icons. I assemble concept from lots of parts. I don't just go and take somebody's art and post it on my page. I spend hours and hours working on my concepts and programming Frosen "Operating System". I've never claimed that I made icons I've taken from the internet. I only claimed that concepts were 100% mine, never saying anything about icons that I made. I am trying to make most of my icons myself, I am not super hardcore pro expert in making icons, I just know how to make concepts and how to turn them into reality. I did not block you, I can see your concept of Lex Editor Beta and your profile page? Btw "Infensive Inc." is a non profit group, not a real company and we are doing all this only for learning purposes. Please stop this hate. I am not angry or anything, I am just sad to hear something like this.

You could make a theme out of this, blender has a built in theme engine why not? It is flat and nice and modern and I want it
