Thats a great likeness mate, I fancy doing some famous actors at some stage as practice for capturing likenesses - cushing would be a good choice due to his very distinctive face. Good stuff!

Thanks man,i did have a thread on the bros forum a pictorial step by step of a portrait i did,it might help you when you decide to have a go,it might still be there?
im working on a danny trejo portrait at the moment,he has an amazing face,i'll post it on the shif bros forum first.

yeah, sculpting accurate likeness is something i'd like to be able to do. You're lucky enough to do this kind of stuff as a job so I guess you get good quick doing it all the time!I'll get there one day though I'm sure. I'll be sure to check the bros forum for your portrait and I'll trawl the posts see if i can find the step by step, these are real helpful seeing the process broken down a bit more. When I get to it I will probably pick out a few actors and actresses with distinctive faces and use them as my ref material, should be easier than sculpting "normal" faces - Angelina Jolie, Cushing etc.

Absolutely go with someone with alot of character,the subtle faces are tough to get right.

That's beautiful. Cushing had the most amazing face. You've captured him perfectly.
