"Epitah" for CD Art Display

cool. how do you use the additional styles? like the ones under the main image?

You can switch the styles by holding CTRL/STRG and leftclick on the skin or via rightclick menu (Skins).
Or do you mean the lyrics panel (4th squre in the preview)? This is activated by rightclick -> Song -> Lyrics...
