Got to admit, it suits you. Very debonair and bohemian.Β

Hahahaha! I've always wanted to be debonair, but never quite made it.

You don't look very heavy in this picture! I like the hat. I'm a fan of a lot of baseball teams and the Cubs is one of them.

I was around 155 then... I'm at 130 now. Long live the Cubs!

This comment comes less from the photo and more from your comment about being 30lbs lighter but, You need some home cookin. Just sayin. I love you and all, and if you are happy, you know I'm happy, but don't dry up and blow away, 'cause you were mighty attractive 30lbs ago. Nothin' wrong with it.

Hahaha, thanks Calleigh. I've been ill, that's the reason for the weight loss. I do need to gain some of it back!

I'd make you fat. LOL. Well, but my husband is skinny...so maybe not. But he does it through lots of effort now that I've moved back in with him. So...I'd make you fat. But happy. Isn't that how it's supposed to go? Fat and happy? IDK. I'm always happy no matter what the tag in my jeans says.

Yeah, before my wife died I had really packed on the pounds. I had to tell her to stop cooking so much! But her risotto.. better than any I've ever had. Needless to say, I lost a lot after she was gone, having to eat my own cooking (when I felt up to cooking.) But fat, happy, and sassy is the word.

But what about the White Sox!? (I still have the 2005 newspaper announcing the Sox win in the world series)

I don't know why, but the Sox never interested me much, even though they were always much better than the Cubs. I guess it was that when I moved to Illinois to be with my young lady friend, she was such a huge Cubs fan that it infected me as well.

They're not for everybody. But the Cubs seriously need to win something sometime.
