Real books printed on real paper, that's what I like.

No, the new proof of One Wind... I want to see if the end is what you wanted. I may have left too many blank pages.

Only requires one additional and that one is only half-blank. The front half.

Yah, I definitely ended up with too many blanks. I'll fix it when you get your copy and release it to the world. Let the pimping begin!

anticipating 62 pages of your excellent poetry, Ron.
in paperback form for the feel and permanence,
both of ownership and visual remembrance. pip

Thanks, Pip. That's exactly the way I feel... give me a solid book anytime over reading on a Kindle or pc. You've probably read most of these, I've posted most here at DA. When's your book coming out?

hahahahah! <- [actually] Β my book...
as i read another book, and another book:
what i want to say evolves so constantly, Ron,
that it's most likely never going to happen.
and, the way i explain my thinking here on dA
should leave everyone with the truth that my
writing abilities are marginal.
all that being said, i do have a few authors in
mind, who have written books tangential to
my thinking, whom i may contact, explain my
ideas and, it they think i might have come up
with original answers, partner with me in a book.
the subject matter would absolutely need the
credibility of someone with recognized authority.
so - for now - pip

Your writing abilities marginal? I think not! However, a project like the one you describe would be worth the wait; I hope it happens.

Isn't a lesion a wound caused by cutting or abrasion?Β I hope that's not a misspelling.
Some idea of what the book is about might influence people's decision on whether or not to even bother loading the lulu site.Β I bothered only because you're my friend.

Lesions can be abnormalities of the skin in various places, inside and out. Caused by disease more so than cutting or abrasion, although I guess the word could be taken that way as well. Thanks for looking... what's wrong with the Lulu site?

Not so much anything wrong with the site as me not liking the need to click yet another link.Β I still think a short description here would be better.Β More likely to attract those who want to buy and less frustrating for those who aren't interested in poems.

I'll add a short description, then, making the link optional.

Just bought the epub version, which looks great - and I will convert it for my kindle too, I'm somewhat hooked on kindle reading lately.

Thanks, Richard! The Kindle and epub formats are just too impersonal for me, but I decided to publish in this format because it's become so popular. Give me a good, solid, hold-in-your-hands book anytime.

I agree and I never thought I'd like the Kindle as much as I do! I'm still buying and reading real books. There's instant gratification with downloading - I'm like a pitiful Pavlov's dog
