Description
My breath came in huge gulps, as though trying to swallow the skyYou passed by, sitting cross-legged on a cloud; I could not speak
The dreamflakes I had for breakfast fell around like snow
When I stopped breathing, I dove underwater and swam like mad
The cards we’d been playing with last night were all marked
I could see that clearly now, here in the blurred aquatic silence
Entangled in weeds on the bottom, I lay down to rest
At nightfall, I saw Van Gogh stars in the sky above my new home
“So this is it,” I thought, “my new life as a star-watcher has begun”
The unfinished plans and scraps of paper left above didn’t worry
That was then, this is now; I write poems on fish about you in the sky
The holes in the ozone read them, and tell me how wonderful they are
Really, who could ask for more? I’ve seen worse days.

Thank you very much! I don't know exactly where it comes from... maybe 2/3 heart, 1/3 head?
