Well this one developed over i don't know how many months. surely close to half a year, which is about when i rendered the terragen part.I couldn't decide if to make this black and white or very colorfull... i went with color in the end.
There will most lightly also be a wallpaper version of this one.
viewed at 80% of original size (terragen render was bigger though but was scaled down pretty early on)

I think it was a good decision to use some colour here - it works well with the more shadowy parts, brings out the landscape in a beautiful contrast.

thank you. when looking at this some time after i uploaded it, i'm not that fond of the colors i used to be honest. i think i may have overdone it a little with the contrast and saturation. anyway it's always helpful to hear what others think. thx for the comment.

I like the 'on the side' bit, pretty darn cool. The only bad point would be the shadow of the planet, needs to be a little more subtle. Apart from that nice
