They look like dark hands trying to reach and bind that small structure.

what a wonderful photo! it's scary but charming and seems like it's coming from another world or like that is the temple of an evil divinity.
it definitely deserves a fav, also because people who spend 7 hours in a darkroom deserve all the recognition of this world

It's a real pity it didn't get through. To me, techniques like the ones you use hold the true meaning of artistic value in the photographic process. A shame that others do not recognise that.
