Description
Here's the concepts of the snake from "Run Hamster, Run". I pretty much knew what I wanted with the snake. I wanted to give him more of a sharp shape to contrast the round shape of the hamster. Tell me what you think!Related content

Again very nice characters!
This is going to sound strange, but I like how you just X'd the image you didn't like. I would've just erased it, but I guess it's good not to so you can see what wasnt good and not do it again.
Or I could just be over thinking things . It wouldnt be the first time.
OH! I just remembered that my sister has an iphone! I'll make sure to bug her to download this game when it comes out

Awesome! You should tell me what you think! I normally just cross out drawings I don't think are working. Erasing is a waste of time and eraser. I like to save the eraser for editing smaller details of a drawing I'm happy with.

he looks sort of daffy duck ish from the side, and also he reminds me of the snake from jungle book.
maybe give him some crazy eyes, you know. like one pupil bigger than the other. it would also be funny to see that snakey tongue hanging out all hap hazardly as apposed to it being all serpent like.

Hah! That would be funny. I did have a tongue flicker in there, but that animation got cut.

Heehee it does remind me of the Kaa page in "Illusion of Life"- you don't seem to be making the mistakes they pointed out on that page but since it reminds me of it I'll remind you! #1 Disney snake rule- avoid sock puppet poses! Judging by your reference lines for his neck you're doing great balance wise Can't wait to see more of this project- it looks cute!

Thanks! I always felt the neck was a little thin, but I'm glad you're keeping an eye out on details like that! You got my back!

...wow, didn't take folks that long to mention the whole "Kaa" similarities...
IMO, I like your reasons for giving your snake a slightly different appearance compared to the snake, an' the final results look very pleasing. The wee fangs at the end are a great touch; matches his manic eyes

Thanks! I don't think the fangs made it to final, but oh well.

I could never get as good as Kaa or Sir Hiss, but thank you just the same.

I think it's a good thing if people are correlating the two.
