taught me to do some pushup-esque move where you make like a plank for 10 seconds, then prop yourself on your elbows for 10 seconds, then get back up. she made it look so easy and i literally could not do it! i am so weeeeeeeeaaaak.Related content

i would try this but my arm already hurts from mowing the lawn and using a whipper-sniper on the edges >.<

We have to do planks in P.E. sometimes for 2 minutes straight. It kills my weak little arms xD But I can see I'm not alone.

Uh planks huuuurt. Especially when you've never had to do them then get into HS and they make ya do it when your not expecting...It's horrible.

I'm quite fit, but I can't do push ups for toffee. I'm too top heavy and have thin little arms. XD

Ugh, I HATE doing the plank. I do it for soccer during ab workouts, and while you're maintaining that position, you're just wishin' it would be over.
