I have a question. Does the skin color stay like that when we purchase and download it? Or does it turn out just as lines?

What do you mean?
You can change the skin color and stuff since they are all on different layers. The white lines will not be on the base when you open it.

Hmm...well I don't use SAI or anything so I'm just afraid I'll open the file and it will all be on one layer.
