Season 4 Premiere of MLP and the 50th Anniversary Episode of Doctor Who are on the same day? Coo.This would've looked better if I had my glasses and wasn't tired :U

Why are 10's eyes blue, not brown?
As you clearly changed 11's eyes from yellow to green.

Time Turner (which was the name Hasbro gave the 10th Whooves) and he actually appeared several times within the series.
11 was only a two second tidbit that became a thing after some screen caps. I changed 11's eyes cause green complimented the color scheme and the violet bow tie.
10's blue eyes followed its own scheme nicely and an abundance of brown would've looked more like a colorized image than anything else (which is why they gave him blue eyes in the first place)

The so called 9th John Hurt "Doctor" in fact did -not- call himself "Doctor" in fact he wanted to become a "Warrior" after the time war, he regretted his change and went back to Doctor when he regenerated one more. THEREFORE: there are 12 (soon to be 13) regenerations but there are only 11 Doctors. I rest my case. Lol

John Hurt's version did not call himself the Doctor, so technically all the doctors remain as before, but if you look at it as the life of one individual then the regenerations go:
1-8: remain the same
Paul Mcgann(8)regenerates into John Hurt(9)
John Hurt regenerates into Christopher Eccleston(10): This was gonna be shown in the special bur, Eccleston declined the role. It is however hinted at, as when John Hurt regenerates he is wearing clothesΒ similarΒ to Eccleston's Doctor, and at the end the order of regenerations is shown.
