for thouse who are sad that there phone have too low screen resolution on display don't you worry just use paint or other simpler program and crop it i already done that on 2 phones there for i believe that any phone that have colour phones can have our favorite stable-tec on the phone ... for thouse that have older then this i will say " it may get a "bit" more complicated "

as soon as I can get an average on relative screen size/resolutions for a majority of android phones into a few sizes, then ill start it, but the only trouble i have with that is that there are several dozen phone types and models with android

Generally, android wallpapers will resize without to much quality drop. My s5 works with the iPhone wallpapers but if you want to make something for everything though, about an inch bigger than the s5 ( about the same as the iPhone 6) will work on most phones and phablets without a drop in quality. ☺
