Bone Judges or Osmurum's Judges - an organization of assassins, which is based in the closed city of Osmurum. Since the members of this organization are very superstitious, they decorate their armor with all sorts of talismans and amulets. Also, before completing the order for the liquidation, the Bone Judges necessarily have divination (tarot cards, bones, runes, etc.), and even at least one the sign doesn't foretell success, the judges refuse to fulfill the order.
The weapon that Judges use to fulfill an order (or as Bone Judges call it - the judgement) is a double-shot crossbow ( a mix of technology and primitive magic) made of animal and human bones. Before completing the task, the judges carry out several rituals with their crossbow, blessing him to exact defeat the guilty and in for the mercy to the innocents. According to this, if after two hits from a bone crossbow the victim survives, then the Judges stop hunting and declare the victim to be innocent. For many centuries of history of judges from Osmurum, after two shots of a bone crossbow, only a few of their victims survived, but in the end this doesn't mean that they didn't deserve to die.
