EDIT: I CAN EVOLVE HER NOW!!! It's a new rule!! It doesn't matter if they've hit the 100th level anymore!! we can evolve I'm so happy ;w; So very very very very VERY happy!!!
I finally got this done, 31 individually coloured layers in all!
Now i can focus on getting other stuff done that needs to be done.
OH! So Fione has officially hit level 100 with that last comic! Woop Woop!

I guess the group was going by game logic that you can't get another level over 100 so it doesn't trigger an evolution.
