Millow was designated Alto Opacus the Ralts' friend by her family after he was born. They believed that he was would bring shade and prosperity to the desert and raised him as a favourite child. When he set out on his journey unexpectedly Millow was sent after him in order to keep him safe and on the right path. But Millow is undecided if what they're doing is right after seeing the world live just fine as it is. For now she follows Alto and helps him as a friend would.
