I never really liked the first redraw I did for this because of the horrible quality. I still found the original to be very valuable to me and I did want to draw it again digitally but I guess it must've slipped my mind when I got my tablet...This took about an hour to draw/edit ect. It came out pretty good considering I've never before tried the 'messy colouring' technique (Does it have a proper name or...). So behold! My messy colouring debut >.<

From 03 to 13 is a lot of improvement, but it is to be expected for you to improve some in ten years
I'm more impressed with the 2011 to 2013. for two years, that is a good bit of progress.
