No time, I've got to act now. Anna dragged herself to her feet for Rachel's and Kasumi's sakes, ignoring the pain coursing through her head. "Please help!" Rachel cried yet again as she approached the Scagdead's maw, only a few inches from becoming its meal. Kasumi pleaded with wide eyes for rescue, her own efforts insufficient to free herself. Anna drew a deep breath before mustering up her strength for a new assault. Another scream from Rachel drove her into action, determined to at least interfere with the Scagdead's plans for a time.

Anna charged forward and launched herself at its torso, creating a projectile out of her body. She smashed into its right arm with her left shoulder, freeing Rachel in the process. The Scagdead immediately requited with its own attack, slashing at Anna with its blades. She was still airborne and unable to dodge it completely, suffering a cut across both her arms that would have bisected her had she still been human. Kasumi wasn't as lucky however. Instead of dropping her, the tentacle launched her into the air, arcing her toward the Scagdead's mouth. It immediately retracted the tentacle in preparation for its new meal.

Rachel flew out of the monster's grasp and hit the ground rather hard, disoriented from the impact. Anna staggered once her feet touched the ground, gripping her wounds to apply pressure to them. She would have pressed the assault further, but the Scagdead flailed its bladed arm in all directions to keep her at bay. She could only watch in horror as Kasumi sailed through the air and landed butt first in the mouth of the Scagdead. "Aaaahh!" The shinobi screamed, both from terror and in pain as the Scagdead locked its jaws. She grabbed onto the sides of its mouth tightly and held herself firmly in place, but she felt herself being sucked down, pressing her thighs against her ample chest. A piercing scream emanated from Kasumi at that point, fearing she might finally be doomed. Anna was held back by another sharp headache, she had to do something about the naga otherwise it would endanger her and the others yet again.

A) Head toward the naga and the blob, Anna needs to put an end to the gelatinous menace so she can stop the mental pains. She and the naga should be able to combat it together, but it would mean leaving Kasumi in the clutches of the Scagdead...Although Anna could send the Lurker to help her. It might be able to keep the Scagdead preoccupied long enough to deal with the blob. (70% chance of success, 70% chance of Kasumi being devoured, 40% chance of Lurker helping Kasumi successfully)

B) Keep pressing the attack against the Scagdead, Anna hasn't been very successful so far, but she can't stop now. Kasumi could be eaten in a matter of moments if the Scagdead really wanted to be done with her. She'll have to be extremely cautious though, it will be even more aggressive to defend its meal. (57% chance of success, 85% chance of Kasumi being devoured)

Now we need a plan for Rachel:

C) Follow Anna and offer what assistance she can, Rachel might not be able to do much, but she can offer support in whatever ways Anna will need. She'll have to be careful not to attract attention to herself however. (+8% chance to Anna's success, 60% chance of Rachel being devoured regardless, -15% chance modifier to Kasumi being devoured if Anna helps her)

D) Stay back and leave the battling to Anna, Rachel should retreat to a safe distance to stay out of the way. (40% chance of Rachel being devoured)
