Description I've always spoken of how much the 1966 Batman TV series means to me; growing up it was my introduction to the Batman mythos and still rings a chord to this day as a great alternative depiction of the character (much like how future iterations by Tim Burton, Joel Schumacher, and Christopher Nolan were alternative depictions).

I didn't realize how much the series owed to the great film serial tradition, with the thrilling cliffhanger ending that leads into the second part. Forgoing the emotional tethers of the comic mythos (the deaths of the Waynes and Graysons, the twenty or so years training abroad) what you the viewer are left with is a rollicking good adventure story that one can definitely say is extraordinarily silly but never gave into its silliness or became aware of it. That Adam West and Burt Ward could keep the pace of the show without breaking character is something to be seen as both actors in their roles as Batman and Robin rarely ever cracked and crumbled into laughter at the delightful camp of the show. To say how much I loved the show I went out and got as much of the corresponding merchandise I could. I'm still missing the Batman and Joker from the episode "Surf's Up" as well as Catwoman but those will be rectified soon enough.

I think this is quite possibly my best incarnation involving the 1966 series and characters, with the appropriate word cutouts applied and the colors popping like a scene from the show. The camera is even tilted just slightly to recreate how the camera would appear in the show.

So I see what you're saying, I like what you're saying, for some reason calling what you're saying an opinion seems rude, don't know why I work that way but who cares? And I like the image. But the entire time I can only think on how they're beating up Professor X. How do I even make a joke about that? All I got is: "You know what happens to bald men when I punch them in the spinal column? The same thing that happens to everything else!" "Wrong-- *BAMF* character!"

You can call it an opinion cause at the end f the day that's what it is. The '66 Batman is quite possibly one of the most polarizing topics in any fandom community.

The use of Professor X was last minute owing to a lack of suited characters to portray gangsters. The benefit is that he's got plentiful articulation that he can keep that pose better than most of the other suit characters can.

Yeah, my mind works in odd ways. But good point though.

He definitely seems it. The Coulson figure from the S.HI.E.L.D 3 pack seems decently articulated. I wanna get one of them cuz I can probablt turn it into my namesake OC with some paint. Not sure about the head though.
