Description This was part of a themed day that the Articulated Comic Book Art group on Facebook cooked up, which was to feature something to do with eithre the Justice League or the Avengers. I didn't realize how difficult it was to do a team shot...the Batman and the New Outsiders pic ([link] ) was interesting and fun but also limited: I only had a few indie characters to pair him with and the only hard part was posing. This one had to be more on point in terms of who would be functioning on the team. I didn't read Mighty Avengers when it came out, but I knew that Hank Pym had lead the team in his civilian identity. So this was more of an imagined lineup where Pym came out of retirement and assembled a lineup of old and new out of the remnants of the Mighty Avengers.

Moon Knight...with Taskmaster the skull facemask would have been much more prominent since its a brighter color than Moony's costume.

No problem...I should have mentioned before that right when I took this the figure fell so he was a lot less obscure in other shots...it just happened that this was the best focused of the bunch that I took, outweighing Moony's visibility lol

That would be the Marvel Legends Wave 13 Green Goblin, part of the Onslaught BAF wave. He also had a variant where he was unmasked, revealing Norman Osborn underneath. Both figures aren't very hard to get, just somewhere in the upper $20-30 range loose.

wouldn't this guy make an awesome figure? he is the second ant man, and I was so disappointed when I found out his figure is just the classic hank Pym costume

Given time, I think Hasbro will eventually make this costume. Rumor has it that Ant Man might be appearing in the Avengers sequel and they might go with either the second Scott Lang costume or his Giant Man persona but I don't doubt that we'll eventually see that second costume at some point. It's very toyetic and surprises me they haven't made it yet (I'm partial to the classic Hank Pym costume but I loved the stories Scott Lang appeared in)
