They're called Rements, they're from Japan. The japanese grocery store near my house carries them!

Must be fun to play with toys tiny enough to be hazardous to a child's health (he or she could swallow them, of course!)
BTW, I saw a few truly charming photos of a Japanese girl's Transformers washing dishes, cooking at the stove, setting the table, and playing cards after supper.
