I.G.A. is a grocery store in Illinois. this is apparently a very small paper bag. I used to make cave drawings on the bags, crumple them up, and then rub lotion on to them. Then crumple them repeatedly. When you're done the bag looks and feels like a worn leather scrap... with drawings!
