Problem Solved
It sounds funny because the God debate is often portrayed as such a profound and insoluble riddle. But if you actually do Google it, you’ll find plenty of articles about untestable hypotheses, anecdotal evidence, Ockham’s Razor, and other useful info about how to evaluate claims, as well as info about evolution, cosmology, particle physics, and other relevant subjects. (I’ve even written a few myself.) Sure, you’ll also find websites like Answers in Genesis, but if you read everything that’s available, you’ll understand why it’s not called Correct Answers in Genesis.
So if anybody asks you why it’s irrational to believe in God, you can just tell them to Google it. And if they accuse you of naively oversimplifying a complex issue, just direct them here.

Not trying to start a fight, but listen to me.
I am a pure christian, and google is created by people. All the websites FOUND on google are created by people. I mean, really? Everyone has their opinion and not everyone will believe in God, that much i know, so what does google prove? Google IS useful on many arguments, but there is no SOLID answer to this.

I've been ignoring these as much as I possibly could, but I'm on the verge of leaving the group you always submit them to (#we-can-draw-anything Just a general art group not expressly made for anything religious) because of these. It doesn't help that I'm co-founder of it and usually the one accepting art into it.
I'm not some crazy super-christian person. I in no way believe everything that's written in the bible, and I'm not the kind of person that will throw a bible at your face for saying any little thing against my religion. I'm not. But when you so directly say "God doesn't exist", it bothers. And then "google it". That just makes it offensive. Anything found on "Answers in Genesis" could be wrong, yes. It could be just as wrong, in fact, as any of the places you find your answers in.
There's a mature mark for "ideologically sensitive material". Would you please use it? I'm not trying to get involved in any kind of flame war here, but it drives me nuts to see these submitted to my group with no mark. I honestly don't care if you want to write these and get your view on religion out there. But you could be more respectful about. If you ask me, by blatantly saying "God doesn't exist" and then putting "google it" underneath, you're only encouraging the more fanatical people to use reasons that you don't believe in to say He does exist. There's a method of getting your views out there. You're doing it wrong. And you could start with the mature mark.

That's just pathetic, mate. If the only reason you have to suggest for belief in a deity is the threat of eternal torture, then why even believe in the deity?
What far too many of believers never realize is that many atheists are actually ex-Christians. I once believed in a god, mate, but when I started seriously analyzing everything that made up my religion and read all of my Bible, it was reduced to a heap of nonsense.
Start opening your eyes and consider a world without a deity for once, will you? It's more beautiful than you could ever imagine.

No... My life with Jesus is more beautiful then anything. I said one statment out of many I believe in. I do not wish for ANYONE to go to hell... Even people I dislike... I wish for all people to be in a eternal glory that is heaven... But it's so obvious that that will not happen... And if you analyzed things properly, you STILL would have figured that God is nonsense... Because God wants us to believe without a full understanding of who He is... But I can't change your outlook on life...

So you're saying that because God doesn't want people to have a full understanding of him, he makes his religion so nonsensical as to turn away the people who actually analyze it? What sort of omnipotent and omniscient being would ever create a religion like that? Do you have any idea you're saying, mate?

Anytime we go through hardship, pain, loose, or suffering... It's almost always a test from God to see if you will remain faithful to him even when times seem rough. People who turn away from God don't do it because God made them, They do it because of Satan. And I know that it's definitely not God who's giving you these thoughts. Alpha and Omega... Beginning and end... No man ever created the religion itself... It fact, I wouldn't call it a religion... but a way of living... I am not an expert on the bible so if you wish to question someone who has a better way of explaining things... go ahead. because OBVIOUSLY your not seeing any of the points i'm trying to tell you... But I suppose I can say a basic statement...
God created man in his image so that we may be like him, perfect and holy... but since sin entered then world, we cannot follow his will perfectly, so God sent his son down in the form of man to be our savior from sin, death, and the power of the devil... Though we still sin, God is wiling to forgive us now... as long as were willing to repent...
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him shall not parish but have eternal life..." John 3:16 (Probably the most famous verse in the Bible)
God does not reveal himself so easily... He shall show us mercy and grace if we repent though... And if you turn to God, You WILL notice a change in your life... It will be so obvious that you won't need to analyze things... But it's not easy to keep your Faith as you had demonstrated... But your not supposed to give up... It's impossible to keep your faith on your own understanding... that's why we need others to spread his word...
I don't suppose you need me to go into anymore detail... You can believe what you want... Just don't push it upon others...

Ah, I understand things now.
God is causing children in third world countries to die, causing violent wars in Africa to consume innocent(and not to mention unsaved) people's lives, and causing every other murder, rape, and violent act, just so people will trust him more. That makes complete sense, especially when you consider the unsaved people who die every day from accidents, violence, and diseases. What happened to "God is love", mate, because I don't know about you, but that really doesn't move me.

God doesn't cause these things... the people of the world do... Technically, in the bible, God let Satan rule most of the world because of all the terrible things that had been happening long ago. to this day, that rule still applies.
God IS love... but so many people refuse to believe that that it really has no effect on those peoples lives...
God made us so that we would make our own decisions... and it's sad at what so many people choose to do... if people don't trust and love God, What good is going to come out of that?
Theres too many troubled people in the world for people to help all of them... it seems the bad people out number the good. But the people who ARE good (like yourself) are obviously trying to make a change. But theres just too much pain in the world for that to be completely successful... thats why God made Heaven for all good people to go... and all those murderers, rapers, thieves, liers, people who never believed, etc., wont get to experience that glory... all those suffering children and people who are experiencing hard times, will soon be in Heaven, with everlasting joy and love...
so no, the world isn't perfect, and God's not going to do every little thing for us... we need to take responsibility too... thats why we try to bring better things to the world...

I'm an atheist, so yeah, I don't believe in god; but my question is: isn't your god some kind of loving...dude (?) who loves everybody and stuff?

Well, yeah, we ignore that because "Smile! God loves you!" doesn't help the hungry kids in Africa, doesn't help the poor people, doesn't cure Cancer, etc., we question him because while there are kids dying in Africa, the people who claim to be your god's loyal people are abusing of kids, or are covered in money they could donate.
If you want to think it's sad, then think that; but I just wanted to make my point, you'll see, we, the atheists, can go asking about your god without knowing what we're talking about, so yeah, I questioned you about your god because if you read the bible there are a lot of holes...
