Well, just cause kind of renewed my love of Felix the Cat. I actually wanted to do this picture a long time ago, but I'm not going to find the original doodle, so here's one I drew up today.Related content

It's like the difference between having a live conversation with someone and writing up a note or email or letter where you have more time to think.

I gotta tell you, I LOVE what they did with that show. Kind of an extreme version of old rubber-hose cartoons(Which is in a way ironic, cause currently in the animation classes I'm studying- at least two instructors mark Felix as the official END of that era.)

Glad you like it... Even though I too enjoy greatly "Twisted tales", I still prefer better his appearance at Joseph Oriolo series...not to mention whole pantheon of cast characters...

Aw no way! You drew Felix too?! Yes, and it has that Felix touch to it too (the tea kettle steam gag, or at least that's what I call it). I like the scratchy feel to it.

Last christmas I got a felix dvd with the old soundless shorts. I liked 'em.

Yeah, he was a one shot character from WAAAY back. He looks exactly like Felix, except he's white.
The funny stuff that happened as a result made Alex my all time favorite character Felix has ever met, and I've kind of made up fan stories about Alex visiting him again.

I love Felix cause he KNOWS he's a cartoon character, KNOWS what he's capable of doing, and doesn't hold back.

I remember seeing an old cartoon of his where he was trying to help a female cat by 'beautifying' her and he goes through all this, and he's done she snubs him so all he does is rip the paper she's drawn on and tears it up.
