Description
omg, i really failed at the background >.<; but A+ for effort, yeah?

so an rp between me and Derpzo33 Â for the group's mini plot event. It was fun >u< So Fallow was demonstrating one of his powers to Aloe which was summoning his familiar, Leith. Aloe was so excited to meet him but he clearly was not. He hissed at her for a while until he spotted her flower crown and finally showed interest in her but he had wanted to try and snatch one of the petals but fortunately, an announcement had stopped him XD I hope both Fallow and Leith look okay to you, Derpzo. They're just so adorable, I hope I did them justice ;w; And they were so much fun to draw

Here's part of the RP if anyone is interested:
Fallowsparks | Derpzo33
Aloepaw | Bay-fire  / ME

Things were seeming to look his way, and Fallowsparks couldn't help but feel calmer. His trembling lessened to a barely noticeable shake, and his stress levels reduced considerably. He must be lucky today, not having to worry about physically sparring! Besides, he was a seeker so it was not as important. Now he just had to figure out how to word his answer... "I'm a.. uh self class. Tier 6 teleportation, tier 3 speed and tier 1 summon familiar.. It's not very impressive, I know." The tom scratched at the ground in embarrassment. He could be a whole lot better if he hadn't hidden in fear for the first moon of being in Safe Haven. He might have even learned to summon Leith sooner. Speaking of which, where was the little guy? A faint feeling of worry for the being took over Fallow, but he supposed he could always just summon him to see.

Aloe had noticed that Fallowsparks had become calmer and smiled, happy that he was feeling less nervous around her. "Are you kidding? That's all really cool to me. I only have Tier 2 Telepathy, Tier 1 Healing and Tier 2 Precognition." the seeker apprentice exclaimed, excited that she was getting somewhere with the shy tom. "Ooh, and you have a familiar? Where is it?" Aloe asked. She has never met any familiars before, besides seeing the some other familiars following their cats around. She had always wanted to summon her own familiar, admiring the idea of having another version of yourself following you around. But it'd be a long time until she'll be able to summon her own.

Fallow didn't think he was very talented. He was hardly what you would call versatile, and he could be very inaccurate at times. The tom, however, did not put words to his thoughts. Aloepaw probably didn't want to hear him putting himself down, so he pretended she hadn't thought his powers were cool. It was for the best, he reasoned. That didn't mean he could cure her curiosity though. "I um.. I don't really know where he is right now. I can try summoning him?" He offered. "Although he's uh.. a little primitive in his thinking." The seeker had tried to put it as gently as possible, not wanting to admit Leith was pretty dumb.

Aloepaw's eyes sparkled with an amber glow. This would be the first time she would see how the summoning of a familiar worked. "Could you? I would really like to see him," Aloe asked politely, though her wagging tail had given away her excitement. When Fallowsparks had informed her his familiar was a primitive thinker, she was confused at first, not knowing what the word 'primitive' actually meant until she took a peek into his mind. He thought his familiar was dumb? Aloe giggled at that thought, surely his familiar wasn't that dumb.
"That's okay. I'm not too smart myself when it comes to thinking," she admitted though it seems that everyone knew that about her.

Being mentally weak as he was, Fallow couldn't have noticed Aloepaw glimpsing into his mind if he wanted to. Even then, only one with experience with such powers could detect the faint hint of another poking around. Needless to say, he was mostly new to the subject.

The apprentice looked so excited on his offer, Fallow didn't think he could take it back now. She continued to say she was ok with Leith's minimal intelligence, and make a remark on her own intelligence. He frowned, doubting the honesty of her words. So far she hadn't done anything stupid or even remotely foolish, other then talk to him in the first place.""I'm sure you're smarter then Leith. He.. uh.. has about the mental capacity of a young kit.." He held back a snicker, Leith was like a kit in more ways then his intelligence. The constant clinging may be cute, but sometimes it could get annoying.

The seeker supposed now would be the time to summon his familiar, and he began building concentration for the task. The way in which he summoned Leith was best compared to commanding them to arrive with a hint of power. Within a few seconds the small familiar appeared next to Fallowsparks with a small whoosh of air, looking a bit grumpy at being disturbed. The tom didn't blame him, Leith was probably resting comfortably in the planes of his consciousness. He was a part of Fallow after all. The tiny creature took one look at Aloepaw before scurrying about halfway up Fallow's leg and hissing, obviously disturbed by her presence. The tom scolded him immediately, much like a mother would her kit. "Leith! You know not to hiss at other cats! How would you feel if she hissed at you, hmm?"

Aloe could feel Fallowsparks' doubt her honesty as he assured her that Leith was smarter than she which she knew she was. She just can be clueless at times, never knowing what to do. "I'm sure I am. I'm just not very good at coming up with ideas and such," she meowed. "And I love kits!" she exclaims. A familiar that acted like a kit? What could get better than this?

Aloepaw watched patiently as the older tom summoned for his familiar and seconds later, a little reptile appeared in front of her, looking as grumpy as ever. He clearly wasn't that happy at being summoned and immediately scurried up his master's leg when he looked at her. He let out a hiss, warning the younger cat to stay back, but Aloe was too excited to notice. The way Fallowsparks had scolded Leith made her giggle even more. He sounded almost like a mother scolding her own kit. Clearly enjoying the scoldings between Fallow and his familiar, she squeaked, telling him it was okay and that she didn't mind at all. She was just so happy that she was able to see a familiar, she wasn't even partially taken aback by Leith's hiss.

Finally calming herself a little, she studied the little critter, he looked like a lizard. His tongue like a snake's as he hissed some more at her. "Wow, he's so cute I could just squeeze his little eyes out!" Aloe purred

Fallow was particularly displeased with his familiar's behavior, and glared at it in silent disapproval before saying anything. "I'm sorry about this... he uh.. is just a little grumpy today." Leith, as if sensing his master's disappointment, whined and detached himself from the seeker's leg. In a less then graceful movement the creature lie down on the ground, still a little distance away from Aloepaw. His back was turned on Fallowsparks, shuffling around in embarrassment at being scolded. "Leith.." Fallow turned to face the small animal. "Why don't you go play with Aloepaw?" With a little shove from Fallow the familiar was a mere foot from the apprentice, eyes examining her with distaste.  A few seconds later he spotted her flower crown, and looked at it with interest.

Now satisfied with Leith's behavior, Fallowsparks got back to the topic at hand. "Yea... He is erm.. a little wary of strangers, but he'll warm up to you.... Probably.. Hopefully." The tom did not comment on the subject of intelligence, afraid he'd offend the tiny creature nearby. It was probably best to drop it anyways.

Aloepaw smiled warmly at the little critter, hoping it would know that she wasn't there to hurt him. When Fallow gave him a little shove, she took a step forward, her excitement getting the best of her. Leith looked at Aloepaw with distaste as if she was something he didn't want to bother with. When Leith finally spotted her flower crown, he leaned in to take a closer look. She noticed his interest in her flower crown and immediately shoved her head right in front of him which immediately scared the familiar and made him jump backwards. "You like it? My Mama made it for me. She's the best," Aloe purred warmly as she mentioned her mother. "She made them from the flowers here that grow in Safe Haven."
As the little critter warmed up and got closer to her, she heard the meow of Hopflight, one of the monarchs, announcing that a psychic combat was about to take place and that they could learn a thing or two from it. Raising her head at this, she saw an elegant grey blue she-cat who she did not recognise against Sandwalker, a pale brown and white tom. She so terribly wanted to learn the tricks of the Psychics and wanted to pad away to see. She was almost about to walk away when she remembered Fallowsparks and Leith. She ddn't want to seem rude for leaving them when she was the one who had so wanted him to summon his familiar who was at first not to happy with it. She turned back to the yellow-coated seeker and tried to make up words for her excuse. "I um… if you don't mind… um… could I just take a peek at what they're doing? It could be useful to me as a Psychic. You could come and watch as well."

Fallow new the interest in Leith's eyes all too well, for they often shown in his own, and the tom sent Leith a small warning glare. It was obvious they were planing to snatch something, most likely a petal from one of Aloepaw's flowers. He had to admit, they looked quite pleasing and soft to the eye. The moment was all too suddenly cut short by Hopflight's announcement, which Fallow took interest in. Maybe he could learn a thing or two about mental defense by watching! The apprentice nearby seemed to want to go too, and he was glad she asked before he could say anything awkward. "Uh.. I think that'd be pretty good! I may learn about mental defenses by watching.." The seeker took a few strides forwards, forgetting to wait for the cat he had been taking to moments before. He managed to find a good view of the monarch and presumably the mentioned cats, too focused on absorbing as much knowledge as possible to notice Leith had clung to his tail on the way.
