I am not too sure of how much information I can give you about my story because I want to avoid making spoilers. That's why I've tried to not give many facts about Tsukimaru, but seeing how many people doesn't seem to have many troubles presenting relevant facts about their characters, and being him part of the main cast, I gave it a second thought and I believe that at least just once I'll explain how Tsukimaru's jutsus work. I wanted it to be a surprise, but w hatever...

Tsukimaru's main technique is a kinjutsu used by the members of the Mahouno clan, known for the use of ghosts of deceased ninjas for fighting. To do this, the user must make a contract with someone that accepts to be used as a weapon after their death, giving them a chance to continue "living a second life" as a spirit until the user dies.
This technique allows the user to perform jutsus that include body possession in many degrees, high level genjutsu, and by lending chakra to one or more of the ghosts, they can perform the jutsus they could do while they were still alive. They can still attack without using the user's chakra, simply by using taijutsu instead, and as they cannot be seen by non users this gives the chance of making highly effective surprise attacks.
Though, it has the big disadvantage of not controlling each ghost's will, this leading to the possibility of them hurting or even killing the user, or simply to disobey the user's orders.
Tsukimaru currently has 26 ghosts under his jutsu.
