put him next to a much bigger guy and ask him what he thinks.

Tell him he's too small, and that if he wants to reach his goal of becoming immobile, he's gotta juice twice a day, every day, and have a tube down his throat all night with liquid food pumping into him, so while he's sleeping and his muscles a repairing from his 10 hour daily workouts, he's getting enough food to pack on pounds of roided up muscle each day!

He has no choice. He has already started down the path to massiveness. If he were to refuse, the he will be forced to GROW against his will, until he loves it so much he can't wait till he's immobile with huge roided out muscle!

he needs to juice more and drink a lot more protein shakes to get big!
