it "seems" to be a little too poweful
having 2 of these in your bench means -40 hp to all opponent's pokemons (i can't even imagine having more than 2) without doing damage
it kills everything that has <60 hp with 1 colorless energy if you have only 1 of them **imagines 4 of them killing 120hp pokemons in 1 shot"
+ you can leave it in your bench and simply reduce enemie's hp and kill them with your other pokemons. it's like a permanent 2x pluspower lol
the only trouble i see is facing high hp pokemons when you have only this worm...

I don't think it is powerful. With 4 Dunsparce (which is a tough feat to have consistently), Dunsparce itself can only 1-hit KO 120 HP which is nothing compared to most EXs. Being a mere 40HP, it is also very easy for something to revenge kill it. It also can't beat any 130+ Pokemon (i.e. most EXs) without a Mew-EX, which can kill up to 180HP. Even then, you've got a 120HP EX that can still be fairly easily revenged killed next turn, and still fails against Megas.
I do think you're reading it wrong, however. Imagine this scenario:
I have four Dunsparce on then bench and a fully powered Gengar-EX in Active. You have a Mewtwo-EX (170 HP) in Active. I attack Mewtwo-EX with Dark Corridor doing 120 (poison hasnt happened yet) leaving Mewtwo with 120 damage on it. Is Mewtwo Knocked Out? No. This is why:
Before the attack, Mewtwo had 90 HP due to Dunsparce. I attack with Gengar-EX putting 120 damage counters. I then check for other effects, including this Dunsparce's ability. Without the effects of Dunsparce's ability, Mewtwo has 50 HP left. If I apply effects of the ability, I would drop the HP to 30>. Now, according to the ability wording ("If your opponent’s Active Pokémon’s remaining HP would be reduced to 30 HP or less by Suffocating Swarm Abilities, stop applying Suffocating Swarm Abilities until its remaining HP is 40 or more."), no ability of the Dunsparce may drop the HP down to 30 or less. Applying the ability to the Mewtwo with its current damage counters would cause the HP to drop to 30 HP, meaning I don't apply any.
Hope this makes sense - I'm sorta dodge at explaining this thing :/

wait, if you attack mewtwo with 120 damage, it will be defeated
the ability doesn't trigger when a pkmn is ko .-.
90-120=ko
ability doesn't trigger in the middle of the attack
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
however if you attack mewtwo with registeel ex (random card) and you do to him 80 damage, which means he has 10 hp left, in that case after the damage the ability triggers and gives back the hp to mewtwo
90-80=10 hp left
considering -80 hp of dunsparce, 1 of them doesn't activate anymore
30 hp left (with 8 damage counters on that pokemon)
i think is this how it works... but it's been a while since i've played pokemon cards (4-5 years)

According to the Rulebook, the ability has to trigger. Officially, the attack will happen like this:
- Look at your Pokémon and decide which attack to use. Make sure you have the correct Energy attached. Then, announce
you are using that attack.
- Make any choices the attack requires you to make. For example, if an attack says, “Choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched
Pokémon,” you would make that choice now.
- Do anything the attack requires you to do to use it. For example, you must flip a coin if an attack says “Flip a coin. If tails,
this attack does nothing.”
- Apply any effects that might alter or cancel the attack. For example, if an attack that was used against your Pokémon last
turn says, “If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent’s next turn, your opponent flips a coin. If tails,
that attack does nothing.” (But remember—if an Active Pokémon moves to the Bench, all effects of attacks go away. So if
your Active Pokémon has changed since your opponent used the attack in this example, you don’t have to flip a coin.)
If your Active Pokémon is Confused, check now to see if its attack fails.
- Apply any effects that happen before damage, then place damage counters, and then do all other effects.
- Check for Knock Outs.
I do believe that Dunsparce's Ability is counted as an "other effect".

oh... ok i think you are right then.
so dunsparce's ability is only useful for its attack, not as a support for other cards
powerful ---> weak
lol

MOAR DUNSPARCE!
Few things visually/placement wise :
# "HP" doesn't line up with the 40 and the 40 needs to be lowered a few pixels. Tis a bit high.
# Suffocating Swarm is alot of text to digest, but as I don't play I've no idea about its wording or if it works. However, the last line you're missing a space between "Swarm" and "Abilities". I think you've also added 1 extra gap to it, the space between the first line and second seems larger than the others. Generally that only occurs on official cards if theres going to be a sizeable gap near the W/R/R area (mostly with Abilities).
# Illus text seems a bit small and too high up (should line up along its bottom with the set number/icon.
Love the illustration, it's simple but effective

MOAR DUNSPARCE!
Thanks for all the placement tips, Asche! Much appreciated. ^^ Unfortunately, after going through 5 or so different wording possibilities, the wording of Suffocating Swarm currently is perhaps the easiest to understand but still in line with XY wording. And yay for cool illustrations
Question about fonts; what is the font used for the x2 and -20 in Weakness and Resistance? I'm not really liking the symbol sheet versions as they look off with the rest of the card's text.

Tbh you're using the old XY ones looking at my copyright, the newer ones were copyright in the middle bottom with a brownish border. So I'd imagine the symbol sheet for that is more in line with newer stoof
As for the font itself no idea, PS not nearby to check, but its all to do with size, smaller blanks have more horrible font issues. My current ones I have sitting nearby are mega super sized ones for EX/Mega FA, EX FA, Traits - aka none type background cards. These ones are like 747x1038 lol
And ftw for wording, I have no idea with wording as you know so was just a thought

I'm using the older blanks? tbh I sorta like the older ones cause they are a bit brighter, and I downloaded them all in one pack. I'm weird like that :3
Hehe, complicated wording is more forte :>

I like easy wording ones tbh, fits with me preferring EX's/Mega's/FA's - as for some reason I make the text fit around the image, when it should be the other way around lol

I have to make new effects as much as possible... which unfortunately leads to wordy effects. Dx
