... okay, three things came to mind when I saw this. All of them funny as hell.
1. Sonic is a Borrower (which would be a funny fanfic XD)
2. Eggman's scheme of shrinking Sonic succeeded, but he forgot to squish him under his... boot? Pants? Combination of the two? I dunno

Shadow:Well you've always been nice to me,even though I haven't always been that nice to you so the least I could do would be to repay the favor. And even though I don't show it,or say it you are my friend,after all. And I guess I wouldn't like to see you get hurt,since your my friend and all.
Sonic:Th-Thanks Shadow. Th-That's probably the nicest thing you've ever said to me. *STILL shaking with fear*
Shadow:*Smiles* Your welcome! And you can stop shaking now,I won't hurt you,I promise.
Sonic:*Stops shaking* O-Ok,I trust you. *Leans against Shadow's hand.*
Shadow:Wanna go play something?
Sonic:Um... OK,I guess.
Shadow:*Puts his open hand (Which is MASSIVE to Sonic) on the table in front of where Sonic is sitting*Well,Get on! *Smiles down at Sonic*
Sonic:*Smiles up at Shadow then stands up and jumps onto Shadow's hand,tripping over when he lands*
Shadow:*Giggles*
Sonic:*Stands up* Hey!
Shadow:Sorry Sonic.
*Turns around and walks off to play,cupping Sonic in his hands,chatting to him*
